Daniel Wilkinson Foundation
UK charity Brainwave works with families to deliver home based therapies & exercises to help children
Thanks to its many supporters and dedicated therapy teams, the Charity now impacts on the lives of over 600 children with additional needs. Brainwave’s growth and regional outreach has been driven by the commitment to bring measurable improvements to the lives of children with physical, sensory, learning, cognitive and behavioural difficulties. Brainwave work with children with a wide range of conditions and developmental needs; including, cerebral palsy, genetic conditions, Down’s syndrome, autism and developmental delay.
David Randall Foundation
To support people with life limiting illnesses for whom extra support would give opportunities to enjoy life to the full for as long as possible.
The David Randall Foundation was conceived by members of Maldon Cricket Club in February 2012 when David Randall (aged 27), a member of the club since the age of 6, was diagnosed as having terminal cancer.

Cinnamon Trust is the only specialist national charity which seeks to relieve the anxieties, problems, and sometimes injustices, faced by elderly and terminally ill people and their pets, thereby saving a great deal of human sadness and animal suffering.
Maldon & District Sea Cadets
We are Maldon & District Sea Cadets and part of the UK's oldest nautical youth charity.

We provide care for any illness that is considered life-limiting (including cancer, neurological diseases, and chronic heart, lung, and renal diseases), both in our Inpatient Unit and in our patient’s home environments.
Farleigh Hospice is a registered charity (no. 284670) which provides hospice care to people affected by life-limiting illnesses across mid Essex. Since being established in 1982, our hospice and our team of healthcare professionals has grown and evolved to meet the changing needs of the community we serve.
Action for Family Carers, formerly known as Maldon Carers Centre, is a registered charity providing support and information to unpaid Carers.
Action for Family Carers has been awarded Centre of Excellence status by Carers Trust for the quality of its services for Adult Carers and Young Carers!
Buddies is a pre-school, based in Maldon, Essex that is dedicated to working with children from two years old to school age, whatever their ability.
The pre-school focuses on creating a happy environment so all children who attend Buddies feel safe and settled.
